By accessing, registering on, or using Orbit Academy Online in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using this Platform on behalf of a parent or guardian (e.g., a student under 18), the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on behalf of the minor.

To register and use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 require parental consent
• You must be a student currently enrolled in SSC or HSC level, or a parent/guardian purchasing on their behalf
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
• You must have a valid email address and active phone number in Bangladesh
• One person may not maintain more than one active account on this Platform
• You must not be previously banned or suspended from this Platform

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and to refuse or terminate registration at our sole discretion.

Orbit Academy Online provides the following educational services exclusively for SSC and HSC students in Bangladesh:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any service modification or discontinuation.

When you create an account on our Platform, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password)
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account at support@yourplatform.com
• Keeping your account information (email, phone, class level) accurate and current
• Not sharing your account credentials or purchased content access with any other person
• Not creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unauthorized access

When you make a purchase on our Platform, the following terms apply:

• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of purchase is the final price
• You must be the authorized holder of the payment method used
• By completing a purchase, you confirm you have the right to use the selected payment method
• A purchase confirmation and digital receipt will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours
• In case of payment disputes, we may require you to provide proof of payment (screenshot or bank statement)
• Promotional discounts and coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

Any fraud, unauthorized transaction, or misuse of payment methods will be reported to the relevant financial authority and law enforcement in Bangladesh.

All products sold on this Platform are digital goods. Upon successful payment:

• Download links and/or course access will be sent to your registered email address
• Access is also available via your user dashboard after login
• Download links may expire after a set number of days or download attempts for security reasons
• Digital books are provided in PDF format and are compatible with standard PDF readers
• Video course content requires stable internet connection for streaming or pre-download
• Access to course content is valid for the duration specified on the product page

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to digital books, course videos, notes, question papers, graphics, logos, and website design — is the intellectual property of [Your Platform Name] or its licensed content partners, and is protected by the Copyright Act of Bangladesh.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access purchased content for educational use only
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any content
• You may not upload, share, or post any purchased content on social media, file-sharing platforms, or messaging groups
• Reverse engineering, screen recording (for redistribution), or any form of content extraction is strictly prohibited
• The Platform name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks and may not be used without written permission

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Bangladesh law or regulation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access, collect, or index Platform content
• Submitting false information, fraudulent orders, or fraudulent payment details
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Platform staff
• Posting spam, misleading content, or unauthorized advertisements on the Platform
• Circumventing any security, digital rights management, or access control measures
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any purchased content
• Impersonating another user, staff member, or any person or entity

Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action under the Digital Security Act, 2018 of Bangladesh.

Our Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• No warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses
• No guarantee that digital content will be free from typographical errors or inaccuracies
• No warranty regarding the fitness of content for any particular exam or academic outcome
• No guarantee that purchase of our materials will result in passing any SSC/HSC examination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior on the Platform
• Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or commercial use of purchased content
• Chargebacks filed without valid cause or in bad faith
• Any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or other users

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and all purchased content will immediately cease. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to violation of these Terms.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Active subscription periods are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date on this page
• Sending a notification to your registered email address
• Displaying a notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
